OUR EYES FEEL UP WITH TEARS AS THESE DAYS HAVE NOW TURNED INTO A YEAR.
IF WE COULD ONLY GO BACK AND TOUCH YOU , HOLD YOU, KISS YOU JUST ONE MORE TIME.
BUT WE ALL KNOW YOU ARE BETTER NOW~GOD HEALED ALL YOUR PAIN, WE SAW THE BEAUTIFUL SMILE WHEN THE ANGELS SANG.
THEY GRABBED YOUR HAND SAYING; PLEASE COME AND JOIN ME, FROM THAT MOMENT ON, WE KNEW THAT YOU HAD BEEN SET FREE!
WE KNOW YOU ARE STILL IN OUR HEARTS ALTHOUGH WE ARE SO VERY FAR APART!
THE HARDEST THING WE EVER HAD TO DO WAS TO NEVER GET TO SAY GOODBYE TO YOU!
UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN~SON, FATHER, BROTHER, HUSBAND, UNCLE AND WONDERFUL FRIEND!
WE ALL LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH JOHN!!

John loved everybody, he could walk into a room and have everyone laughing in seconds!! He loved his family unconditionally! His children, Hannah, Hayden and Jake were his life!! He lived to please and to love them!! Each one of them added a new spark to his eyes!! He adored his nephew TJ and his neices, Lynse and Lauren, you would have thought that they were his kids to and in a since they were, that is the kind of family we had, we all loved one another that much!! John was a treasure to all and he never held a grudge against anyone and had a open door policy, you were always welcome at his house at anytime!! JOHN LOVED EVERYBODY!!
John was born in Sweeny Texas on July 24, 1968, to Johnny and Linda Johnson and had one sister Paula. He came home to 108 Meadow Lane, were he spent several wonderful years. Then the family made the HUGE move next door to 106 Meadow Lane, this is were he spent the remainder of his child hood and most of his adult life. He made a lot of memories on Meadow Lane and the wonderful friends that were never forgotten!! He married Leesa and they had Hannah and you would have thought that he was the first person in the world to had ever had a baby, he was walking in the clouds and it didn't stop there, they then had Hayden and Jake and he was just as happy and proud!! John and Leesa did divorce, but remained very close over the last 7 years, they shared 3 beautiful children and that is a bond that can't break people. When you create a family you remain a family, no matter what and I have to say John and Leesa always did their best to honor that. In August 2007 John fell ill and on August 18th he was taken to Oakbend Hospital in Richmond, where he went home to Heaven on August 20th at 4:09 am. He will truly be missed by all who knew him, he was loved by all, YOU COULDN'T HELP BUT LOVE HIM!

Todays another day and I keep waiting for this pain to get better and it doesn't it will be 2 months in a couple of days and I still want to pick the phone up everyday to call him!!! God, if I could only hear his voice one more time, smell him ,tell him I love him, just kiss him good-bye!! But I know none of this will ever happen and is so hard to find peace with it!! I do not guess I have ever felt this much pain in my life! I just thank God everyday for the wonderful family and friends he gave me that I have been able to share my pain with, especially Leesa, she has been my rock.....Thank you Leesa, I love you so much!!
I started to build my Tribute to John today. I felt like I needed something that everyone that loved John could come together and share their stories, their grief, their laughter, share anything with each other. I hope you all will find some comfort in this and will add pictures and your stories!!
